The first step to arranging Mr. Werbock's arrival at your educational / cultural establishment would be finding the right contact. If it is a university, college, school and etc., the contact would be someone in a relevant department: world music, music majors, sociology, anthropology, geography and linguistics pertaining to the region, and international affairs departments.  After finding the right contact(s), present the information herein with supporting certificates and letters of recommendations to generate interest and establish Mr. Werbock's credentials.  Volunteers who succeed at making a connection that produces an invitation would be granted a Certificate of Appreciation from the Mugham Society of America.
